The heart of the ThOR 6 lies in its advanced thermal sensors, designed for unmatched sensitivity and precision. The 640×512 resolution sensor features ≤15mK ultra-sensitive NETD built on a 12μm pixel pitch for exceptional clarity. This sensor captures the faintest heat signatures, allowing you to detect hidden targets through dense brush, total darkness, or foggy mornings. Whether you’re scanning open terrain for coyotes or tracking hogs through heavy cover, this breakthrough in sensitivity delivers sharper detail, faster detection, and the confidence to perform in any environment.
Powered by ATN’s proprietary SharpIR© technology, the ThOR 6 uses advanced AI algorithms to enhance image sharpness and clarity in real time. This dynamic processing improves edge definition and target contrast, making it easier to identify heat signatures in cluttered or low-visibility environments, such as spotting a coyote slipping through brush or picking out hogs hidden in tall grass. You’re not just seeing heat; you’re seeing defined shapes and crisp movement, giving you the confidence to act fast and shoot smart.
The ThOR 6 gives you multiple viewing options with six distinct color lettes to match any environment or preference: White Hot, Black Hot, Iron Red, Alarm, Green Hot, and Sepia. These modes let you adapt quickly to changing conditions, highlight heat sources with greater contrast, and reduce eye fatigue during extended use. Whether you’re scanning open fields at night or navigating dense cover, you can choose the palette that makes targets stand out most clearly for your situation.
Adjust your reticle’s visibility to match the terrain and lighting conditions. Whether aiming against a bright heat signature, scanning brush, or tracking in open fields, reticle transparency keeps your sight picture clear without losing point of aim. It gives you the focus you need without blocking your target when it matters most.
Zeroing Freeze lets you pause the image at the moment of impact and make precise reticle adjustments without trying to rush before the shot disappears. Whether at the range, in the field, or setting up a new scope, this feature makes zeroing smoother, faster, and more accurate. No second-guessing. No wasted ammo. Just reliable results that keep you focused on the hunt.
The built-in ballistic calculator automatically adjusts your reticle for range and angle, so you can take the shot without guesswork. Store up to six custom profiles and swap between platforms without re-zeroing. Whether you are hunting whitetail with a bolt-action or clearing hogs with an AR, your zero stays locked and ready.
PIP mode lets you zoom in for pinpoint accuracy while keeping a wide-view window active. Lock on to your target without losing awareness of your surroundings. Whether lining up a coyote at 200 yards or tracking hogs across a field, you get the detail you need without giving up control. Fast, intuitive, and built for real hunting conditions.
Quickly identify the hottest object in your field of view with no scanning and no second-guessing. Whether you’re tracking hogs through thick brush, spotting coyotes at last light, or scanning for movement in open fields, Hot Point Tracking highlights heat signatures instantly, even in low-contrast or cluttered environments. It’s your shortcut to faster target acquisition and better shot timing, especially when every second counts.
