This practical, state-of-the-art broadcast solution allows you to establish a truly immersive audio image that can be integrated easily as an audio channel bed into immersive audio codecs like MPEG-H 3D Audio without further processing. The BP3600 consists of eight 3.5" (8.8 cm) long microphone assemblies that extend to form a cube, the capsules equidistant from the center and separated from one another by 15 cm. This eight-channel near-coincident array provides ample spaciousness and controlled separation not found in other all-in-one immersive audio microphones.
